|9 months 2011|| Δ 2012
|Total Consolidated Turnover||97.9||89.0||+10.0%||29.2||28.9|

Overall stable third quarter thanks to service desk expansion
At 30 September 2012, Infotel achieved a turnover of € 97.9 M, increasing 10% compared to 30 September 2011. Activity during the third quarter was almost stable (+0.7%), with an increase in Services of +2%.
Services (94% of turnover) displayed growth of 10.2% to € 92.6 M, on the previous year.
The third quarter of 2012 (+2%) was marked by a progressive slowdown in activity in almost all sectors, except aeronautics where expansion of service desks continued.
The Group must hence deal with a "wait-and-see" attitude, which translates in a lack of visibility at the end of the year in certain customers.
Software (6% of turnover) displayed growth of 7.7% to € 5.3 M, in the year. In the third quarter, it registered a decline in activity with a turnover of € 1.2 M as opposed to € 1.6 M in 2011, mainly associated with less significant IBM royalties than originally anticipated and an overall delay in customers’ decision-making.
Forecast for the end of the year
Given the current climate, Infotel expects that the last quarter will have a noticeable impact on achieving its annual turnover target. While visibility is expected to decline, Infotel is still well positioned to defend its position and face fluctuations in the market.
