Good performance during the first nine months of 2013

Infotel published € 105.0 M turnover for the first nine months of 2013, up 6.8% compared to the first nine months of 2012.
This growth confirms the group’s positioning of its activity, extending the performance seen in the second quarter of 2012.

For the nine months, the accumulated turnover of the Services division (94% of total turnover), € 98.7 M, reflected the sales dynamic of the Group, gaining new customers in Paris and the regions during Q3, and rolling out new activities in mobility solutions.

The period was also marked by the signing of new contracts in Europe, notably in Germany (Airbus), the Netherlands (European Patent Office EPO), and in Belgium (BNP Paribas).

The inter-contract rate continues to be low, below 2%.

The Software division (6% of total turnover) displayed a turnover of € 6.3M for the nine months, up 18.5% compared to the same period in 2012, thanks to a good level in IBM royalties. The Group is currently negotiating several important tenders in the archiving area, however decision-making processes are drawn out.

Infotel has recently signed a partnership with Red Hat for its Arcsys archiving software.

Given this excellent level of activity, Infotel confirms its annual targets for 2013.
