Services (92% of sales): a 12% increase in activity
Commercial activity in the Services division was dynamic in the first quarter, with growth of 12% despite the reduction in the scope of consolidation (sale of Odaxys Consulting at the end of 20071 ). Several new contracts (fixed-price and Application Management) were signed and will contribute to revenue growth in the second half. Infotel is continuing to strengthen its sales teams and recruitment.
1 Odaxys Consulting was a subsidiary of the Odaxys Group, integrated into Infotel since 2006. In 2007, Odaxys Consulting had revenues of €1.6 million.
Software (8% of sales): weakness of the dollar and marketing of new software
The decline of -15.3% is not significant given the record level of royalties recorded in 2007. Despite a penalizing dollar effect, the Software activity had the second best quarter for royalties in the Group’s history. Specific actions have been launched to market Infotel’s new software products (Archiving, Infoscope Oracle, etc.).
Good prospects for 2008
Infotel reaffirms its confidence for 2008 and anticipates above-market organic growth and increased profitability.a
