Acceleration of growth in the 3rd quarter
Infotel publishes a turnover of 37.5 M€ in the 3rd quarter of 2014, an increase of 12.5% compared to the 3rd quarter of 2013. Over the first 9 months of the financial year, the turnover amounts to 113 €.4 million compared to €105.0 million a year earlier, up 8.0%, entirely organically.
The Services division (95% of total turnover) posted growth of 9.4% over the first 9 months of the financial year, and an increase of 12.5% in the 3rd quarter alone. This excellent performance reflects a sustained level of activity for all of the Group’s sites, with new listings and the signing of new contracts thanks to the winning positioning in Mobility and Big Data.
The inter-contract rate is still very low and stands at less than 1% on average in the 3rd quarter. Recruitment continues, in line with the momentum recorded in the activity (157 employees joined at the end of September 2014).
The Software division (5% of total turnover) benefited from a return to a satisfactory level of royalties over the last two quarters. Software revenue thus amounted to €5.4 million over the first 9 months of the financial year, including €1.9 million (+13.3%) for the third quarter. The Group has positioned itself on major calls for tenders in archiving and is also working to develop partnerships in Germany in this area.
Given these excellent results, Infotel confirms a turnover of over €150 million and an operating margin rate of between 10% and 10.5% for the end of the financial year.
