INFOTEL ELIGIBLE FOR SRD LONG-ONLY

Infotel announces that its shares will be eligible for the Euronext Paris Deferred Settlement Service (SRD) from December 29, 2015, on the “Long-only” segment.

With a minimum daily transaction volume of €100,000 over the past year, the criterion for admission to the “SRD Long-only”, the Infotel share has seen its liquidity steadily increase.

In practice, the Long-only SRD will allow people with a French securities account to short purchase an Infotel security by postponing its settlement and benefiting from an upward leverage effect. For the buyer, the risks are thus limited to the initial amount of the investment. Unlike the “classic” SRD, securities listed on the “Long-only” segment are tradable only when buying. Eligibility for “SRD Long-only” will promote greater visibility and increased liquidity for the Infotel stock, also opening it access to a wider investor base.
