A semester of growth

Infotel reports revenue of €36.8 million in Q2 2014, up 6.5% compared to the second quarter of 2013. First-half revenue was €75.9 million, up 5.9%. This pace of growth is driven by the Services division, which has shown solid momentum since the beginning of the year.

The Services division (95% of total revenue) achieved a first half of fully organic growth of 8% (including +6.7% in the second quarter). This performance is driven by the strengthening of service centers and the signing of new multi-year contracts, notably with the Bank of France. Infotel has earned or renewed its listings, with Air France, Societe Generale and IBM France. During the semester, the level of intercontracts remained low (about 2.2%) and recruitment in line with the growth of the activity (+108 employees).

The Software division (5% of total revenue) benefited in the second quarter from a return to a normative level of royalties, in line with expectations. Software revenue amounted to €3.5 million for the half-year, including €1.7 million (+3.4%) for the second quarterInfotel continues to expand its partnerships, particularly internationally, for the distribution of Arcsys.

Given the solid performance recorded for the first half of 2014, Infotel confirms its growth and margin security objectives for the current year.
