Services-led growth

Revenue for the 1st quarter of 2016 amounted to €47.1 million, up, entirely organically, by +6.8%, higher than the estimated sector growth of +2.6% (Syntec Numérique) for the whole of 2016.

The Services division (95% of turnover) recorded an increase of +7.6% in the 1st quarter, up compared to the previous quarter (+6.4% in Q4 2015).

The Banking sector continues to grow and now accounts for more than 34% of the division’s turnover, followed by the Industry sector which represents 28% of all services turnover.

The Software division (5% of turnover) recorded a turnover of 2.2 M€ with an amount of royalties of 1.4 M€.

Infotel continues its commercial dynamics throughout the territory with the obtaining of new listings, the signing of new contracts in Paris and in the provinces (Orléans, Niort, Lille, etc.) thanks to its offers around digitalization. Internationally, Infotel acquires new references, such as Nissan in Great Britain.

With 95 gross recruitments over the period, the total workforce exceeded 2,000 people at the end of March. The inter-contract rate remained low at 2.5% on average over the quarter.

Confidence for 2016

Infotel confirms its optimism for 2016: a turnover of around €200 million with acquisition(s) while maintaining profitability.

Today’s General Meeting approved the payment of a dividend of €1 per share, payment of which is scheduled for June 1, 2016.
