TRANSFER OF INFOTEL SHARE TO COMPARTMENT B OF THE EURONEX REGULATED MARKET IN PARIS

The Group announces that the Infotel share will be transferred from compartment C to compartment B of Euronext Paris. Compartment B includes listed companies with a market capitalization between 150 million euros and 1 billion euros.

The average capitalization of Infotel stock was €205 million over the last 60 trading days in 2015.

This change of compartment was officially announced to market members by means of a Euronext market notice communicated on January 27 with an effective date of January 29, 2016.
