Good performance in Services: €41.5 million, up 12.1% on a comparable basis

The Services business grew by 12.1% at constant scope over the first half. Demand for service centers and Application Management remains strong.

Several major new contracts were signed at the end of the first half of the year, notably with the PSA Group, suggesting a strong increase in activity in the second half.
Inter-contracts are still at a very low level, and recruitment is continuing thanks to training sessions for young IT professionals.

The software business suffered from the fall in the dollar: €2.8 million, or -14.1

Royalties are still affected by the weak dollar. Prospecting for archiving solutions and new software continues.

Perspectives

The merger files under study give hope that a transaction will be concluded in the next few months.
