* 1st trim. 2010 pro forma: after deduction of Harwell Management’s turnover accounted for as of July 1, 2010

Revenue for the first quarter of 2011 amounted to €30 million, up 10.4% compared to a pro forma 1st quarter 2010 of €27.2 million, taking into account the equity accounting of Harwell Management as of July 2010.

A good 1st quarter: continued dynamism in the Services business and record level for the Software business

The Services division (92.6% of revenue) continues to show dynamic growth. The activity was marked by the opening of new Service Centers and TMAs dedicated to the Group’s customers in the Insurance, Retirement and Banking sectors, and by the conquest of new key accounts from the Aeronautics, Space, Energy and Distribution sectors. Infotel also continued its geographical network with the opening of a new branch in the North of France, whose mission is to target a high-potential portfolio of local customers. Finally, Infotel Business Consulting (IBC), a new subsidiary of Infotel specializing in the project management of IT projects, is in the start-up phase and should contribute to the Group’s activity from 2011 thanks to a complementary offer of project management services dispensed byInfotel.

The Software division (7.4% of turnover) recorded strong growth in its activity thanks to a rise in IBM sales at the end of the year, generating a record level of royalties. The deployment of merge Backup software should make it possible in the coming months to strengthen this partnership with IBM. The Group has also initiated a strategy to develop growth drivers through the own marketing of new software. As part of this strategy, the commercial and technical activity around the Infoscope software (Computer-Assisted Testing) and the Arcsys archiving and dematerialization platform continues to be intense (participation in the French Software Testing Day, prospecting in France and abroad, etc.). In total, revenue for the period amounted to €2.2 million, up 28.8% compared to the 1st quarter of 2010.

Outlook: confirmation of a favourable annual outlook

To support its development in 2011, Infotel decided to implement a recruitment plan for 320 new employees. In the 1st quarter, 66 recruitments were made and 4 training sessions for first-time computer scientists were organized.

For 2011, the Group confirms its target of €120 million in revenue (excluding external growth) combined with an increase in profitability.

The payment of a dividend of €2.5 per share for the 2010 financial year will be submitted to the vote of the Annual General Meeting on 25 May 2011.
